Returns
Due to health and hygiene, we will only accept returns within 14 days and only if the item is faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your purchase after inspection by our Quality Control Team is confirmed faulty, we will notify you immediately that your return has been approved. We will then initiate a refund via the payment mechanism that you used. You will receive a credit within the standard time defined by the terms of your payment provider i.e. credit card provider, Paypal or Amazon.
Shipping
We do not offer free returns for change of mind. However, if your item as above is confirmed faulty, we always advise to please use recorded mail with proof of purchase and return using second class and we will refund your postage.
